The insoles4.me workflow is fully digital. Capture your foot shape at home, we design and 3D print your insoles in Europe.

1. Capture your foot shape

Use our scan app on an iPhone or iPad with Face ID (TrueDepth camera) — Android and other devices are not supported — or order a free foam impression kit. Both methods produce a precise 3D record of your foot geometry.

2. Build your digital foot profile

We convert your scan or impression into a detailed 3D model that captures arch height, heel width and toe spread.

3. Design your insole

Our design process matches the insole geometry to your foot profile, your target shoe and your activity type.

4. 3D print in flexible TPU

Industrial additive manufacturing systems produce each insole in thermoplastic polyurethane — flexible, durable and consistent.

5. Quality control and fulfillment

Every insole is checked before dispatch. Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days.

6. Reorder from your digital profile

Your digital foot profile is stored securely. Reorders are fast — no repeat scanning required.
